For Bespoke Jewelry or Custom made jewelry:

Some reference models sent by customers, could change depending on the cut and size of the selected gemstones. We sent 3D modeling prior manufacture for your approval.

For handpicked stones, we provide HD videos in order to provide an accurate visual representation of the emeralds for your approval.

Certificates:

We provide gemological certificates from the most reliable and trustworthy laboratories in Colombia. Each certificate or lab report: equal to an identity card, provides all the requested knowledge about the gemstones. Spectrometry reports that test the purity of gold (cts) and other related elements are available. These reports are mainly used for antique & vintage jewelry to evidence the finishing materials used on the era (time) the pieces were made.

Prices:

For bespoke jewelry, final pricing depends mainly on the complexity of your design as well as the size and quality of the gemstones you select. For antique, vintage & prêt-à-porter pieces available on inventory, prices are fixed prices. Prices are published in US dollars and they can be switch to Colombian Pesos, according to the official exchange rate (conversions made by our web service).

Payment & payment methods:

For bespoke jewelry 50% (down payment) is required and will be made after customers’ approval of the stones; final payment is required before shipping. For jewelry available on inventory, total payment is required before shipment. Payments by Pay-pal, Bank transfer or other third-party service providers are available.

Delivery:

Immediate delivery for products in stock. For bespoke or custom made pieces, 20 -25 working days after down payment.

Shipment

The shipping costs & insurance options will be clearly indicated to the customer before shipping and will be charged in the final invoice. Depending on where you are based, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

Guarantees, returns or refunds:

3 months against defects in material or workmanship (there is a period of 3 days to return the piece) to be repaired, redesigned or replaced if required. The guarantees for misuse and poor maintenance of jewelry, breakage or loss of stones will not be effective.

Antique and/or Vintage Jewelry will not be replaced.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are buying or returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
